Returns Policy – Gallant State

Exchanges

We are happy to offer free exchanges within the United States on all purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products, to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your Gallant State products. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests after this point will be denied. We offer free exchanges in the United States, unless otherwise noted on certain products.

If you wish to exchange your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.
There is a limit to one free exchange/return per order within the United States if the merchandise is unworn and brand new. For example, if you exchange for another size and that size doesn't fit you either, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Returns

We are happy to offer free Returns within the United States on all purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Requests after this point will be denied.

We are pleased to offer this return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have remarkably low rates of return and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on our products that have not been worn or have their labels removed.

International Orders:


If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. The shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if your product order totals $200 and we ship the order to you for $10, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. By purchasing from Gallant State LLC you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
Gallant State LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.

How do I make a return?


Please submit you exchange/return request via email by clicking here. Your order number can be found on the email confirmation that was sent when your order was processed.

If you wish to return your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.
All products must be shipped back unworn with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you, or a restocking fee will be charged, which will be determined on a case by case basis.

Gallant State LLC will not be responsible for lost returns.
For international returns outside of the United States, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Free returns and exchanges are only offered within the United States. If you are an international customer, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Gallant State.

When will I receive my refund?


A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product was not worn and labels removed. Once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund.
